Independence and disclosure

This guide is published independently. No business pays to be listed, ranked or reviewed, and no business sees a page before it is published.

How the site is funded

At launch the site carries no advertising and no affiliate links. If we add either later, ads and affiliate links will be clearly labelled, and they will never change who appears in a ranking or in what order.

Business relationships

Our publisher also works in marketing for businesses outside this site. Where any of those businesses appears in a ranking or comparison here, we say so on that page and on this one, and we score it with the same published method as everyone else.

At launch, no page on this site ranks or compares a business that our publisher has a working relationship with.

Reviews from readers

If we accept reader reviews, we will publish them whether positive or negative, we will not ask businesses to supply them, and we will not offer anything in exchange for them.
